5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals

Account balances do not accrue interest. jili 20 is not a financial institution and your account balance is not a bank deposit.
6. Limitation of Liability

Gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live event results. jili 20 does not guarantee any financial outcome from gaming activity and makes no representation that any particular result is achievable. Online gaming carries financial risk and you should never wager more than you can afford to lose.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
jili 20 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it determines that:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- The account is linked to fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
- Verification information provided is false, incomplete, or cannot be confirmed.
- The account is operated from a restricted jurisdiction.
- The account holder has created multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy.
You may request to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Pending bets at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with standard settlement procedures. Remaining balances will be returned to the payment method on file, subject to identity verification.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the jili 20 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and design elements — is the property of jili 20 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
